Documents required at the time of Admission

As we welcome your child to St. Paul’s, please find below the checklist of documents required for the admission process:

1. Admission Form: Duly filled Admission Form must be submitted at the time of admission.
2. Conveyance/Transport Form (Optional): In case Parents’ want to avail the conveyance facility, they have to submit the conveyance/transport form.
3. Birth Certificate: A copy of the child’s birth certificate as proof of age.
4. Residence Proof: Documents like a utility bill or rental agreement to establish the parent’s/child’s residence in the school’s catchment area.
5. Passport-sized Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
6. Transfer certificate: Transfer certificate is compulsory for admission in class 2 onwards along with PEN (Permanent Education Number) and APAAR ID. Transfer certificate is not required for admission in class 1.
7. Medical Detail Form: A Medical Detail Form provided by the school duly filled by a registered medical practitioner confirming the child’s general health and fitness.
8. Parents’ Identity Proof: Copies of the parents’ Aadhar card (both father and mother).
9. Child’s Aadhar Card: Copy of child’s Aadhar Card.
10. Caste Certificate (if applicable): In the case of OBC, SC, and ST, a caste certificate may be needed.
